Konnech's Absentee Vote (ABVote.com) Ballot Delivery System provides the State-approved registration form and/or the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) to register voters and to add them to the absentee/UOCAVA list, along with State-specific return instructions.  Administrators do not have to explain to the voter, mail to the voter, or email to the voter—the online wizard walks the voter through it step-by-step. 

The voter will provide whichever identification proofs the jurisdiction has established and return the documents in the manner(s) the jurisdiction has specified.  Each State has different procedures, so the Absentee Vote (ABVote.com) wizard will be adjusted to reflect each different State's needs.
