Absentee Vote (ABVote.com) links to multiple databases to ascertain whether a ballot requestor is registered, is already on the absentee/UOCAVA lists, is entitled to a full or partial ballot, is in a particular precinct or finer precinct split, has already returned a voted ballot, etc.

The program can interpret any data format -- Voter Information Project (VIP),  XML, Open Auditable Structured Election System (OASES) EML, ASCII, et al.
